Depression is a treatable medical illness marked by changes in mood, thoughts, energy and behavior that affects more than 23 million adult Americans each year. It is the most common serious brain disease in the United States. SAVE's mission is to prevent suicide through public awareness and education, reduce stigma, and serve as a resource for those touched by suicide.
*Online registration closes at Noon the Friday before the Walk. However, anyone who would like to participate can register in-person at the event!
There is plenty of free parking!
9:00am - 10:30am: Fun Run (no timing) & Walk Registration, Breakfast, Kid's Zone, Team photos, Raffle, and 50/50.
11:00am: Run/Walk Starts
11:30am - 1:00pm: Reflection & Replenishments, Music and Raffle drawings
12:00pm- 12:30pm: Headline Performance - Ghost Town Ramblers
12:45pm: Raffle drawing
Raise $50 and receive a 2017 Stride to SAVE Lives t-shirt! Remember, in addition to fundraising on line, you can turn in cash and check donations on the day of the event.
You don't need to Walk to participate! Participants are welcome to stay at the site area and welcome walkers/runners/rollers as they return!
