This site will close for pre-registration at Noon on 6/22/23. Please come and register in person starting at 5:15PM. Speakers at 5:45. Start time at 6!
"Run With the Herd" 1K/5K Run/Walk will take place on Thursday, June 22nd, 2023 at Phalen Regional Park in St. Paul, MN. If you are not up for a 5K, we've added a 1K option this year! This event is being created out of love and memory of Tim Poferl. Tim was a son, brother, uncle, friend, and runner. He embraced the Bison as his spirit animal, the symbol of our group. Join the herd and make a difference. Funds raised from this event will be donated to SAVE, Suicide Awareness Voices of Education a Minnesota (Bloomington) based organization.
Please plan to stick around after the race and join us for free pizza, beer/soda, music and door prizes in the park! We look forward to seeing you there.
Not only does your participation in Run with the Herd give you good feelings for raising money for Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE), you also earn some AWESOME merchandise to go with it. Just by signing up, you've already raised $35 (before June 1) for SAVE .Thank you! We've got a few incentives to keep you going. NOTE: After June 1st, the sign-up fee is $40.
When you register you can register as an individual, join an existing team or create your own team. You will be able to do this once you sign up.
Raise the amount listed below (which includes your early bird registration fee of $35 before June 1) and you'll receive the item(s) listed below. On race day, be sure to stop by the registration table to pick up your item(s)! After June 1, registration fee is $40.00.
$150 level = 'Bison Plaid' fleece blanket
$350 level = Run With The Herd baseball cap (color may vary)
$500 level = Both! The blanket and the hat!!
Run/Walk Registration $40 online and day of event.
Kids 10 - 17 $20 online and day of event
Kids under 10 - Free
